⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I started attending Burlesque chair dancing classes with Laura  about 18 months ago, & yes I love it so much I still go, it has improved my flexibility,  & confidence immensely. We have a great social life & have gained friends for life. Laura is a wonderful teacher, full of patience, she will take it as slow as you need too. Beware though we do spend alot of time laughing, so come prepared with a tena lady lol Come & have some fun, build your confidence,  make friends & laugh x

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Going to chair burlesque classes has increased my confidence significantly. I have social anxiety and used to quietly sit at the back of the class. Now I like having a laugh with the group who I now call friends. I love being around a group of women of all different ages, sizes and abilities. It has also helped with my scoliosis and sciatic pain. It strengthens my core and increases my flexibility. Kiki makes sure that there are always adaptions to make sure the routine is accessible to everyone. I've even done shows with KiKi and I am so proud of myself for doing them!
